Return Policy

  1. Freshness Guarantee: We take pride in delivering fresh flowers. If your order arrives damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition.
    • Reported within 24 hours of delivery for perishable items.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Perishable items, such as fresh flowers and plants, after 24 hours.
    • Custom arrangements or personalized items.

Replacement Policy

We will gladly replace any damaged items that may have had their quality affected during shipping.

Refund Policy

  1. Full Refunds: If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process a full refund within 7 business days of receiving your return request. All refund will be in ONE (1) single discount voucher with 12 months validity from the issuance date.
  2. Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, such as if only part of the order was damaged, we may issue a partial refund.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Care Responsibilities

It is the recipient’s responsibility to properly care for the flowers, including watering them immediately upon receipt. Neglecting this duty may impact the arrangement’s longevity.

Style Preferences

When ordering flowers for someone else, please make sure your selection reflects their preferences. Style differences are not valid reasons for returns.

Seasonal Variations

Flowers and plants may vary slightly in color or availability due to seasonal factors. We reserve the right to substitute with similar species without prior notice, while ensuring the arrangement closely resembles the advertised image.

Recipient Availability

As the sender, it is your responsibility to confirm that the recipient will be available at the delivery location on the scheduled date. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, as we will have fulfilled our obligation to deliver on the requested date.
